Just Reward

 

The horror of hell, nobody can tell:

Deceived in dishonour by Lucifer who fell.’

To live a life without Christ is pain.

For me to live is Christ, to die is gain.

 

Glory beyond words began to appear:

Clothed in white robes and wiped every tear.

My soul is at peace, my conscience is clear,

For perfect love casteth out fear.

 

Without reason or rhyme

Eternal life is now mine.

How could anyone be so blind

To decline a blissful life without time?

 

The tough journey of life was undured despite

Circumstances were hard and situations were tight.

Times / felt / had no strength nor might

But was reminded to walk by faith and not by sight.

“Vengeance is mine” said the lord : it’s His fight.

So fear not the terror that lurks in the night.

I was blind and in darkness, He showed me the light.

“I am the way, the truth and the life”.
